Overview
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you still have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at info@vieami.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vieami.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and next steps. You can estimate the return shipping cost by checking rates with your local postal service or courier for a parcel being sent to Lithuania. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
